Opportunity
A career of working in prestigious architecture studios lead my client to establish their own business and create a brand for themselves to continue on a path that they could control their own destiny. A large part of this is a passion for high-rise multi-family developments to create urban growth and eliminate sprawl that eventually will take over farm and natural lands.

A modern mark that symbolizes the upward growth of high-rise multi-family while preserving the human touch and connection to nature. Accompanying the type logo is a stand alone avatar that is impactful and balanced.

Making sure we remove the brand from anything else that could be associated with the name we landed on a bold warm pallet that cements it self in the urban landscape.
